Nicholson Offices anchors the northern boundary of East Brunswick Village along Nicholson Street. The building is designed as the only Office building within the masterplan and will complete village.

The form is robust with a concrete podium and tactile with detailed aluminium screens. The expression is strong architectural forms anchoring the site.

The Building comprises 5 open plan flexible office levels of over 3000m2 of floor space and is designed to be able to be configured in multiple arrangements. Each level has expansive glazing with views stretching across Melbourne. With a core focus on Energy Efficiency, a 5 Star Nabers Rating was a key driver for the design with key initiatives including efficient lighting, photovoltaics, significant landscaping and an all-electric building approach.

Carparking and other amenities are provided within the basement including state of the art End of Trip facilities and secure easy access to the building.
