Fasteners Way completes the northern edge of East Brunswick Village and is the first purely residential building. The contemporary brickwork façade accessed from a pedestrian urban landscaped laneway honoring the sites historical past. The entry to the building is via a 2 story brick arch, bookending the first level podium piazza of Bluestone Way.
The rooftop houses the most expansive landscaped activated rooftop garden within EBV, with spaces for gardening, shaded seating, entertaining or relaxing.
Sustainable living was at the fore of the design approach. This is being achieved through a holistic commitment to offsets and renewable energy along with initiatives like: Rooftop Solar Panels, Passive Building Design, Water Efficient Fixtures and fittings, Motion and daylight sensors, Onsite Waste Management, Energy Efficient cooking, Low Toxicity Materials and Double Glazing energy efficient windows
