Three individual townhouses on an irregular shaped block designed for family living.

The design of the three-level townhouses was influence by the many post-war flats and 1920’s detached homes in the street. Skillion shaped roofs, concrete stucco walls and the rhythmic pattern of neighboring balconies helped shape the design. A previously neglected laneway that boarders the site has been re-vitalized, and has been transformed into a secondary street.

Each townhouse has a unique floor plan and each space a unique form – partially due to the irregularly shaped site but also in a bid to offer individual solutions to each home owner. The floor plan offers flexibility, generous balconies sit amongst the tree tops and tall ceilings accentuate the generous light and space
