EILDON ROAD, ST KILDA
The design of the three-level townhouses was influenced by many post-war flats and the 1920’s detached homes of St. Kilda. Skillion roofs, concrete stucco walls and the rhythmic pattern of neighboring balconies informed the design aesthetic.

A previously neglected laneway that borders the site has been transformed into a secondary street.
Each town house is unique in plan and spatially – partly due to the irregular shaped site, but also recognizing the need to offer individual solutions to each home owner.

The floor plans offer flexibility, generous balconies sit amongst the tree tops and tall ceilings accentuate the generous internal light.
